How to Enroll: General Managers are automatically enrolled, followed by Department Heads. Rising Leaders require nomination and approval by the Operations Regional, General Manager, Travis Norman (COO), and Claire Cugini, Director of Training and Education.

For each nominee, please provide a brief narrative justifying your nomination for the Eagle Mindset program. Highlight specific qualities, achievements, and examples of leadership potential that align with the Eagle Mindset values. Describe how the nominee has demonstrated excellence, resilience, and a commitment to both team success and personal growth.
